1. Usage License

Permission is granted to use VideoToCaptions for personal and commercial video editing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
Use the service for any illegal or harmful activities.

2. Content Ownership

You retain 100% of the rights to any video you upload or captions you generate.

VideoToCaptions claims no ownership over your creative output. Our role is solely as a processing tool to help you achieve your viral content goals.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on VideoToCaptions are provided on an 'as is' basis. We utilize the OpenAI Whisper model to process captions. We do not store your data. To cover server costs and maintain site stability, we use third-party advertisements, analytics (GA4), and error monitoring tools (Sentry). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on our processing partners.
